Miss. Frash joined the Bedford Middle School team in fall of 2022 and teaches all of the 7th and 8th grade band classes. She is originally from Indianapolis, IN and attended Ball State University where she earned her Bachelor of Music Education. Frash has spent a number of summers working with marching bands throughout Indiana and one group in Georgia. She now spends most of her time in the summer doing conditioning and choreography with the BNL Marching Stars. Outside of teaching music, Frash spends her time hiking, learning new skills, and spending time with her cat Theo. One fun fact about Miss. Frash is that she once spent an entire month camping out of her car across the southwestern United States!

One thing that's for sure is she loves her job and can't wait to share the joys of music with every student who walks through the band room doors!
